Application
Sprinkle it over the desired surface or add it to elastic doughs.

Use it to decorate cakes and desserts: sprinkle it over the desired surface (which may be the sweet or a plate). If you wish, before sprinkling it, place on the cake a mold cut out in the desired shape, creating a contour of sugar around it.
It is perfect to sprinkle over doughnuts e to help modeling elastic doughs, such as fondant or those made with Raspar & Cobrir: add the sugar little by little, so that it progressively soaks humidity.
