Ingredientes
- 200g chocolate Melken bitter
- 200g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 160g of sugar
- 50g chocolate in poedwr50%
- 85g flour
- 50g Melken white chocolate
- Melken 42% cacao
Modo de preparo
Dought
Melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave, then add the eggs, one by one, mixing all the time.
Mix the sugar until it dissolves completely, this will help your brownie have a perfect crust. Add the 50% Melken chocolate powder and, finally, the wheat flour, gently incorporating.
You can still add if you want, melken white chocolate drops for your brownie bonbon to be even more amazing.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180°.
Finalization:
Cut the brownies when they are completely chilled, so that the shape is perfect.
