  • Cookie dough:
  • 285 grams of butter
  • 145 grams of refined sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 480 grams of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of Cocoa Powder Melken 100%
  • Stuffing 1:
  • 250 grams of Melken Blend Chocolate
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • Stuffing 2:
  • 150 grams of red fruit jam

Modo de preparo

Dough preparation:

Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.

Add the eggs and beat to incorporate the dough.

Then add the sieved flour and 100% Melken Cocoa Powder and beat until it becomes a dough (does not stick to the sides of the mixer).

Open the dough between two plastics and cut the cookies. In half of them remove a heart using a small cutter.

Bake in medium oven (180 degrees) for 10 to 15 minutes.


Preparation of stuffing 1:

Melt the Chocolate Melken Blend in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Heat the cream and mix it with the chocolate. Book until signed.



Over the whole cookies spread chocolate filling.

Sprinkle icing sugar over the hollowed out cookies.

Make “sandwiches” and fill the hearts with red fruit jam, with the help of a pastry sleeve and a small plain tip.
