Ingredientes
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 75g of Unique Brasil Milk Chocolate 35% Cocoa
- 15g Melken Chocolate powder 33% cocoa
- 100g whey-free cream
- 10g of glucose
- 5g of sorbitol
- 5g of inverted liquid sugar
- 200g of Granule Melken milk chocolate
- Butter for greasing hands
Modo de preparo
Mix condensed milk, milk cream and Melken Chocolate Powder 33% cocoa, glucose, sorbitol and inverted liquid sugar in a pan.
Take to medium fire.
When it is warm and the mixture is liquid, add the Unique Brasil 35% Cocoa Milk Chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, being careful around the edges.
The average preparation time is 10 to 20 minutes cooking. The temperature it must reach is 90 °C for the rolling point.
When ready, remove from heat and pour into a flat container.
Cover with plastic wrap in contact with the surface so that cream does not form.
Let it cool completely.
Once cooled, remove from the refrigerator and separate portions of 20/25g of brigadeiro and, with your hand greased, roll it up and pass it in the sprinkles.
