Shave & Cover: patterned roses for decoration

Open the dough between two plastic bags using the roll; if necessary, sprinkle a little more powdered sugar on the surface.

Cut circles

Cut several circles with a round cutter (5 cm).

Mold a ball and make a point to create the core of the rose and fix the petals around.
