Preparation Method

White Cupcake Batter:

First, melt the margarine with the milk over low heat or in the microwave and set aside. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, sugar, and baking powder. Then add the milk and margarine mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until combined. Add the eggs and mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter. Fill each cupcake liner with about 60g of batter, place in a preheated oven at 160°C, and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until fully baked. Do the toothpick test, then remove from the oven and let cool completely before decorating.

Buttercream and Coloring:
Beat the butter until creamy, then add the sifted confectioners’ sugar, alternating with the milk, until you achieve a light and smooth texture. Divide the buttercream into three equal parts and add blue, green, and yellow food coloring to each part, mixing well. Transfer each color to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Decoration and Finishing:
Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, pipe the colored buttercream onto each one, creating a mix of colors. Finish all the cupcakes with Confeité TOP Green and Yellow, sprinkling it over the frosting.

Tip 1:
For an even more fun look, you can apply different buttercream colors on the same cupcake by using two colors in the same piping bag or alternating the applications. The finishing touch with Confeité TOP Green and Yellow enhances the fan-themed atmosphere.

Tip 2:
This recipe is ideal for large-scale production. The cupcakes can be baked in advance and stored tightly sealed for up to 2 days. Decorate them on the day of sale to preserve the buttercream texture and the appearance of the sprinkles.
