Ingredientes
- 110g Fine rolled oats or oat flour
- 125g Sugar-free peanut butter
- 45g Sugar free maple syrup
- 30ml Coconut oil
- 5g Vanilla essence
- 60g Melken Zero Milk Chocolate or Melken Zero Semisweet Chocolate
- 150g Melken Zero Milk Chocolate or Melken Zero Semisweet Chocolate
- 40g Sugar-free peanut butter
- 15g Coconut oil

Modo de preparo
Pasta
1. Grind the oat flour into fine flakes in the processor.
2. Remove from the processor and add the peanut butter, unsweetened maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla and chopped Melken Zero Chocolate of your choice.
3. Place in a 10 cm × 10 cm mold, press well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roof
1. Melt the Melken Zero Chocolate of your choice and add the other ingredients.
2. Spoon over the fudge and return to the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes or until the ganache has set.
3. Cut into desired size pieces.
