Delicious Brownie Recipe with Ingredients of Vegetal Origin


  • 250 g boiled and mashed sweet potato
  • 60 g of oat flour
  • 30 g Chocolate Powder Melken 70% Cocoa
  • 140 g demerara sugar
  • 80 g almond or cashew paste
  • 200 g of Melken Chocolate with Melted Vegetable Milk
  • 60 g of chopped walnuts

Modo de preparo

In a medium bowl, add the sweet potato puree, the oat flour, the Melken Chocolate Powder 70% Cocoa, the demerara sugar and mix well with a fork.

Add the almond paste, Melken Chocolate with melted Vegetable Milk, chopped walnuts and mix well.

Place in a greased 20×20 diameter square mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.

Let it cool, cut to the desired size and serve next!
