  • 2000g Brigadier Chocolate Confectioner Bucket
  • 1000g UHT milk cream
  • 240g egg whites
  • 240g Yolks
  • 58g corn starch
  • 320g Confectioner Chocolate Flavored Soft Granules

Modo de preparo

1. Beat the Confectioner Chocolate Flavored Brigadeiro, the cream, the egg whites, the egg yolks and the starch in a blender for 5 minutes. After that, divide the dough into 4 molds of 17 cm with a hole in the middle, greased with mold release spray, and cover with aluminum foil.

2. Bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.

3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

4. Before unmolding, heat the molds quickly in a bain-marie.

5. Finish by covering with Confectioner Chocolate Flavored Soft Granules.
