Ingredientes
- 630g TOP Bittersweet Drops
- 630g TOP White Drops
- 35 pineapple slices
- 1750ml ice cream
Modo de preparo
1. With each serving, place the Half Bitter Top and the White Top alternately around the plate. Take it to the microwave (maximum power) for 1min 30sec and pull with a toothpick.2. With the help of a ring, remove the core from the pineapple and discard. Grill the pineapple until golden on both sides. 3. Take the pineapple to the center of the plate and in the middle of it place a ball of 50 g of cream ice cream. 4. Apply 30 g of Passion Fruit Recheio to the surface of the pineapple. 5. Repeat this operation for each dessert served.
