- 250g Melken Milk Chocolate
- 395g condensed milk (1 can)
- 15g unsalted butter
- 15g Cocoa Powder Melken 100
- 200g UHT milk cream

Modo de preparo
Preparation
1.In a pan, add the Melken 100% Cocoa Powder and the butter, heat to melt and mix the two ingredients well.
2. Add condensed milk and cream. Cook the brigadeiro until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Wait to cool down.
3. Form 15 g brigadeiros and coat them in Granulé Melken Half Bitter. Reserve.
4. Melt and temper the Melken Milk Chocolate.
5. In a tablet mold, arrange the brigadeiros (on average 7 or 8 units, which may vary according to the size of the mold), pressing so that they are in good contact with the bottom of the mold.
6. Pour the already tempered Melken Milk Chocolate over the brigadeiros. Do not vibrate the mold: the chocolate will fill in the free spaces.
7. Take to the fridge to crystallize around 15 minutes.
8. Unmold your tablet and pack after 2 hours
