Ingredientes

  • 250g TOP Milky coverage
  • 150g White TOP coverage
  • 100g TOP Hazel Cover
  • 100g TOP Intense Coverage
  • 30g TOP Rice Flakes

Modo de preparo

Preparation

1. Melt the TOP Milky Coverage following the package directions.
2. Fill the molds with TOP Milky Coverage making two layers. The third and last layer should be with TOP White Coverage and TOP Rice Flakes.
3. Develop and reserve the peels
4. Prepare massive dinosaurs using different flavors of TOP Coating. Suggestion: Milky, White, Hazelnut, Milk and Intense.
5. Stuff the eggs with the dinosaurs made with our solid chocolate coating and close them by heating one of the parts on a heated plate. Slide the base of the already closed egg through the same plate so that the egg stands upright.

6. With the help of a metal brush or a fork, scrape the already closed egg so that it has a rustic appearance and then reserve it
7. Cut a square of plastic film and melt the TOP Intense Coverage and pour it into the center of the plastic and then position the already scraped egg in the center and pull the ends upwards so that the cover covers half of the egg and, if necessary, slide the coverage from bottom to top with the help of the fingers. Take to crystallize in the fridge for 15 minutes and carefully remove the film.
8. Wait around 2 hours and pack your dinosaur egg in transparent packaging
