  • 150g Eggs
  • 50g Red Fruit Filling
  • 80g Açúcar
  • 30g Wheat Flour
  • 6g Fermento em pó

  • 150g cream cheese
  • 150g Melken White Chocolate Flavored Ganache Cream
  • 50g Red Fruit Filling Confectioner

  • 200g Melken White Chocolate Flavored Ganache Cream
  • 40g Red Fruit Filling Confectioner
  • 30g Melken White Chocolate Granules

Modo de preparo

Make the dough: beat the eggs with the Red Fruit Stuffing on high speed for 8 minutes. Add sugar, flour and yeast. Pour the dough into a greased and parchment-lined mold (40 cm x 30 cm), cover it with a paper towel and bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC. Unmold the dough onto a damp cloth sprinkled with sugar and roll it up. Make the filling: beat the cottage cheese and the White Melken Ganache on medium speed for 1 minute. Unroll the dough and spread the cream filling over it. Distribute the Red Fruit Stuffing and roll up the rocambole. Make the topping: heat the Melken White Ganache until it reaches 34ºC and becomes fluid. Place the roulade on a grid and pour the cream over it. Finish the decoration with the Red Fruit Stuffing and the Melken White Granule. Pack, label and display.
