- 450g Chocolate cookies
- 200g Butter
- 100ml Milk
- 75g Condensed milk
- 15g Instant coffee
- 200g Dark Melken Chocolate
- 750g Cream cheese
- 200g Dark Melken Chocolate
- 100g Milk cream
- 200g Melken Bittersweet Chocolate Shavings
- Decorations made with White Melken Chocolate

Modo de preparo
Pasta
1. In a food processor, grind the chocolate cookies.
2. Add the melted butter until you get a wet dough and divide it into 4 parts.
3. Line a 20 cm ring or a springform pan with the first part of the dough around the bottom and press well.
Filling
1. In the mixer fitted with the paddle/paddle attachment, add the cream cheese to mix.
2. Add the already dissolved warm milk with instant coffee and condensed milk.
3. Finally, add the already melted Melken Half Bitter Chocolate.
4. Divide the cream into 4 parts.
Mounting
1. Intercale layers of cream and biscuit dough inside the mold, finishing with the cream.
Roof
1. Heat the cream and add the Melken Bittersweet Chocolate to emulsify into a ganache.
2. Cover the pie with the ganache and chocolate shavings. Position the decorations made of chocolate to model painted in gold.

- O creme precisa estar em temperatura ambiente antes de adicionar o Chocolate Melken Meio Amargo derretido.
