Ingredientes

  • 450g Melken Milk Chocolate
  • 150g unsweetened hazelnut paste
  • 42 units Rice Toast
  • 500g TOP Milk Coating

Modo de preparo

Preparation

1. Select and arrange on a tray lined with a piece of butter paper the rice toasts two by two making several pairs and then reserve the toasts

2. Melt and temper the Melken Milk Chocolate according to the instructions on the package present in the product
3. Add the unsweetened hazelnut paste to the rice crackers and then mix well.
4. As soon as it starts to crystallize, fill the toasts with a full tablespoon (30 g) of the sugar-free hazelnut paste filling, when it is firmer, then close the pairs of Waffles and set aside
5. Let it crystallize completely in the fridge for a maximum of 10 minutes or until the product crystallizes completely

Finalization

1. Melt the TOP Milk Coating in the microwave every 30 seconds according to the package instructions or until the TOP Milk Coating melts completely
2. Bathe the stuffed toast until completely covered.
3. Place to dry/crystallize on a tray lined with parchment paper for an average of 10 to 15 minutes
4. Decorate with the TOP Milk Coverage itself and the help of a cartridge made with butter paper.
5. Run the Waffle and make scratches on the surface
