- 1kg Milk Melken Filling

- 160g Refined sugar
- 500g Chocotone
- 80g mini chocolate
- 65g Bittersweet Melken Granules
- 50g TOP Hazel Cover
- 50g Roasted and chopped hazelnuts

Modo de preparo
Preparation
1. Caramelize the hazelnuts in the same way as the almonds in the Stuffed Panettone recipe
of Leitinho
Mounting
1. Cut the chocotone into small pieces using a serrated knife.
2. Place the chocotone in the bottom of the bubble cup and add a layer of Melken Filling to the Milk using a pastry bag.
3. Sprinkle on the caramelized and crushed hazelnuts.
4. Place another layer of chocotone and alternate until you reach the edge of the glass, finishing with the filling.
Decoration
1. Cut the minichocotone into 6 slices.
2. Melt the TOP Hazelnut Coverage and make marks on the slice with the help of a butter paper cone. Let it crystallize.
3. Place the slice of decorated chocolate on top of the glass and sprinkle with Granulé Melken Half Bitter
and chopped hazelnuts.
