This Milk Cupcake recipe was developed for our food service audience


  • Dough:
  • 820g vanilla flavored cake batter
  • Milk Cream:
  • 600g Melken Milk Filling and Topping
  • 200g Chantilly
  • Finalization:
  • 32g Melken White Chocolate Vermicelli Granules

Modo de preparo

1. Bake 50 g of dough in each cupcake tin in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.2. Beat the Melken Milk Flavor Filling and Coverage and the whipped cream in a mixer at high speed, for about 1 minute, until assembled. 3. With a rim, remove the center of the cupcake and, with a pastry tip, fill and cover each cupcake with 50 g of the cream. Decorate with 2 g of Melken White Chocolate Vermicelli Sprinkles. 4. Pack, label and display.
