Ingredientes

  • 335g Eggs
  • 100g Filling and Covering Leitinho Melken
  • 265g Sugar
  • 200g Flour
  • 132g Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 334g grated dry coconut

Modo de preparo

1.      In a bowl, mix the eggs and Leitinho Melken until you get a cream. If necessary, take the Leitinho to the microwave for a few seconds to make it creamier.

2. Add the sugar, flour, cheese, coconut and water and stir until smooth.

3. Place the mixture in cheese molds and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
