Ingredientes
- 335g Eggs
- 100g Filling and Covering Leitinho Melken
- 265g Sugar
- 200g Flour
- 132g Grated Parmesan cheese
- 334g grated dry coconut
Modo de preparo
1. In a bowl, mix the eggs and Leitinho Melken until you get a cream. If necessary, take the Leitinho to the microwave for a few seconds to make it creamier.
2. Add the sugar, flour, cheese, coconut and water and stir until smooth.
3. Place the mixture in cheese molds and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
