This Chocolate Frying Pan Cookie recipe was developed in our Easter recipe



  • Room temperature unsalted butter (3/4 cup)
  • Refined sugar (3/4 cup of tea)
  • Brown sugar (2/3 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • Wheat Flour (1 3/4 cup)
  • Baking soda (1 tsp)
  • 200g Melken Milk Chocolate
  • Filling:

  • 300g Marshmallows
  • 200g Melken Milk Chocolate
  • 200g Dark Melken Chocolate

Modo de preparo


1. Beat the butter and sugars with the paddle until obtaining a light cream.
2. Add the eggs and beat well until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
3. Add the sifted flour and bicarbonate and beat just until incorporated.
4. Lastly, add the Melken Chocolate to the chopped milk.
5. Take the dough to the fridge for two hours and book.


1. Place the marshmallows and chocolate filling in the skillet or refractory.
2. Open the cookie dough between two plastic wraps and cover the filling.
3. Take to medium oven (180°C) preheated for 20 minutes.
