Ingredientes
- 250g Chocolate Powder Melken 70%
- 65g Almonds
- 70g Cranberry
Modo de preparo
1. Melt and season the 70% Melken Chocolate Powder according to package directions.
2. Place the already tempered chocolate inside a plastic tube (like ketchup) and press a quantity of chocolate onto a sheet of parchment paper until you get a circumference a little bigger than a large coin.
3. Place the already modeled and gold-painted chocolate decoration.
4. Place an almond and a cranberry around the decoration.
5. Refrigerate to crystallize.
6. Remove from paper and pack in gift boxes.
Dicas
- Always choose crunchy dried fruit (oilseed) and soft fruit (raisin type). It is recommended to toast dried fruits in the oven at 145 °C for approximately 15 minutes. To give dried fruits (oilseeds) a special shine, pass a little egg white on them (just to make them sticky) and roll them in fine crystal sugar before placing them in the oven. You can sprinkle golden powder diluted in grain alcohol to make it more festive.
