Ganache de avelã: Em um bowl pequeno de vidro, adicione o Chocolate Ao Leite Harald Zero Açúcar e leve ao micro-ondas em potência média por 1 minuto ou até que derreta por completo.
Adicione o creme de leite, a farinha de avelã e misture até ficar homogêneo e reserve.
Sablé de avelã: Coloque todos os ingredientes em um bowl médio, misture até que forme uma massa meio mole e leve para gelar por 30 minutos.
Depois de gelada, abra a massa da sablé sobre dois plásticos para não grudar e corte com um cortador redondo de 6 cm de diâmetro até finalizar toda a massa, coloque sobre papel manteiga e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 170 °C por 12 minutos ou até que comece a dourar as laterais.
Depois de frio, recheie as sablé com a ganache de avelã e forme pares.
Com o Chocolate Ao Leite Harald Zero Açúcar temperado, decore as sablés banhado pela metade e finalize com as avelãs.
