Uma receita de trufa que inova na hora de banhar: faça-o com a mão para mais praticidade e agilidade!
Coloque em um refratário o Confeiteiro ao Leite picado, juntamente ao suco de tangerina e faça a ganache. Cubra e leve à geladeira por 6 horas. Enrole as trufas em bolinhas e deixe-as secar. Banhe-as colocando na palma das mãos pequenas porções de Top ao Leite derretido e envolvendo cada trufa.
Coloque o Top Branco derretido em um cone de papel-manteiga e faça riscos em toda a superfície das trufas. Leve-as à geladeira por 5 minutos ou até que os riscos sequem. Coloque-as em caixinhas de papel ou monte uma embalagem para presente.
