Bunny Stuffed with Caramelised Nuts

  • Nuts praline:
    ¾ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 cup (tea) chopped and assorted nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews...)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Peel and closure:
    500 grams of TOP Milky

Modo de preparo

In a medium saucepan, place the sugar and water and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the chopped nuts, cinnamon powder and mix until it starts to sugar, set aside.

For the rabbit, in a medium glass bowl, place TOP Milky and melt according to package instructions.

Place the melted TOP Milky in the rabbit mold and freeze until it crystallizes and releases from the mold.

Stuff with the caramelized nuts in one of the halves of the rabbit and the other, pass a hot knife on the sides and stick with the stuffing.

Serve immediately!
