Ingredientes
- 500g Melken Milk Chocolate
- Chocolate decorations for modeling
- 2g Gel dyes (green and red)
- 2g Golden powder for decoration
Modo de preparo

1. Now with the chocolate to model (recipe on page 13) ready and rested, separate into portions, paint green and red with the fat-soluble dye and massage the dough until you get the desired color.
2. Model Christmas elements (wreaths, holly, bells) with the help of silicone molds. Prepare different sizes of balls with red and natural modeling chocolate (without coloring).
3. Dye the chocolate balls for natural modeling with golden powder. Reserve.
Tablet
1. Melt and temper the Melken Milk Chocolate. Mold the chocolate door and take it to the fridge until it is completely crystallized.
2. Unmold the door, apply the Christmas wreath and stick it with a little Tempered Milk Chocolate Melken.
3. Fill the tablet mold with the already tempered Melken Milk Chocolate and position the already decorated door. Place gold polka dots around the door.
4. Bring to crystallize
