  • Cake Batter:
  • 120g Drops Chipshow Top
  • 480g raw shortbread dough
  • Coverage and decoration:
  • 500g Melken Chocolate Filling and Topping
  • 20g Recheio e Cobertura Chocolate Melken

Modo de preparo

Mass:1. Thoroughly mix the Chipshow Top Drops into the raw buttered batter. Place in two greased and floured small central scoop molds. Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 25 minutes. Develop. Covering and Decoration:1. Mix the Filling and Coverage with Melken Milk with a spoon until it gains a creamy consistency and spread over the surfaces of the cakes. 2. Finish the decoration with 10 g of Granulé Branco Melken on each cake. 3. Pack, label and display. Shortbread dough recipe: mix 115 g of sugar, 80 g of margarine (80% fat) and 18 g of egg yolks. Add 160 g of wheat flour, 80 g of milk and continue beating. Add 3 g of chemical yeast, remove from the mixer and gradually add 35 g of egg whites. Yields 480 g of raw dough.
