Faça o pão: derreta a cobertura branca Confeiteiro. Acrescente as bananas e os ovos e misture bem. Junte o sal, a noz moscada, a canela, a essência de baunilha, a farinha de trigo e o fermento e volte a misturar. Por último, junte as passas e as nozes picadas. Despeje na forma para pão e asse em forno médio (180 °C) previamente aquecido por cerca de 1 hora ou até que, ao colocar um palito no centro da massa, ele saia seco.
Prepare a decoração: Faça a massa de decoração com o Raspar e Cobrir. Abra entre dois sacos plásticos, com um rolo, e corte-a em formatos natalinos – aqui usamos um cortador no formato de pinheirinho. Derreta a cobertura branca Confeiteiro e despeje-a aos poucos sobre o pão. Arrume as decorações feitas com a massinha de Raspar e Cobrir e leve à geladeira por alguns minutos, para secar. No momento em que for servir, polvilhe canela em pó.
