Ingredientes
- 480g Yolks
- 2400g Melken Milk Filling and Topping
- 800ml Water
- 400g grated dried coconut
- 480g wheat flour
- 34g Chemical Baking Powder
- 1g Salt
- 720g egg whites
Modo de preparo
1. Beat the egg yolks and Leitinho Melken for 5 minutes at medium speed. After that, lower the speed and add the water until the mixture is homogeneous. Then add the coconut and turn off the mixer. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt over the mixture.
2. Beat the egg whites until they form peaks and, finally, with the help of a spatula, incorporate them into the mixture.
3. Distribute the dough into 4 molds measuring 18 x 28 cm, greased and lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 30 minutes, or until the pastry is completely baked and lightly golden.
5. Let it cool and cut each cake into 3 strips, apply the Confectioner Guava Filling on the surface and pack.
