This Glamor Pie recipe was developed for our food service audience.


  • White stuffing:
  • 200g Inovare White
  • 50ml Water
  • 60ml Lemon juice
  • Dough:
  • 100ml Milk
  • 4g Sugar
  • 3 sponge cake discs (22 cm in diameter and 200 g each)
  • Red Stuffing:
  • 220g Confectionery Strawberry Stuffing
  • Decoration:
  • 300g whipped whipped cream
  • 50g Confectioner Strawberry Filling
  • 30g Melken White Chocolate Vermicelli Granules
  • 2 units of Strawberry

Modo de preparo

White stuffing

1. Melt the 200g of Inovare Branco with the water in a bain-marie or microwave (power 50%) until you have a smooth cream.

2. Add the lemon juice and transfer everything to a piping bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until it acquires consistency.



3. Mix the milk with the sugar and apply part of it over one of the sponge cake discs.



4. Start by making a circle of white filling on the outside edge of the cake, then assembling a second circle of Strawberry filling.

5. Place the second sponge cake disc on top of the first layer of fillings and moisten it again with milk and sugar. Make alternating circles of the fillings, always starting with the white one, as it is firmer.

6. Cover with the third sponge cake disc and moisten with milk and sugar.



7. Spread whipped cream all over the cake with a spatula.

8. Make a high string on the outer surface of the cake with the remaining whipped cream and apply the remaining Strawberry Stuffing in the central part.

9. Spread the White Vermicelli around the bottom of the cake. Finish with whole strawberries, on the surface.

10. Pack, label and keep refrigerated.
