Ingredientes

  • Dough:
  • 1 cup (tea) wheat flour (120 g)
  • 1 cup cornstarch (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons water (30 ml)
  • 2 yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Zest of lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon brandy (15 ml)
  • 200 g melted White TOP Coverage
  • Filling:
  • 150g Filling and Covering Melken milk flavor
  • Roof:
  • 400 g of TOP Coverage White

Modo de preparo

Dough:

Mix the flour and starch in a large bowl, make a well in the center and add the rest of the ingredients.

Mix with your hands, dripping a little water until the alloy point.

Work the dough quickly with your hands, to prevent it from hardening and to be smooth and uniform. Open with a roller, between two plastic bags, until it reaches a thickness of 4 mm.

Place on a plate and take to the fridge for about 20 minutes, to harden slightly. Remove the plastic bag that is over the dough and cut with a 6 cm diameter ring. Transfer the cut dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Repeat the process until all the dough is gone.

 

Bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 8 minutes, or until the cookies start to lightly brown around the edges.

Remove from oven and let cool completely.

Filling:

Use the Filling and Coverage Melken Milk flavor

Mounting:

Take a small biscuit and add about 20 g of Filling and Coverage Melken Milk flavor, making a spiral from the center to the edges. Cover with another biscuit and close, pressing lightly to bring the filling closer to the sides, but leaving a gap of about 0.5 cm between the filling and the edge of the biscuit.

Finalization:

Melt the TOP White Coverage in the microwave (medium power) every 30 seconds.

Bathe the Alfajores with the help of a fork and transfer to a plate lined with butter paper. Take it to the fridge for 10 minutes, for the TOP Branco Coverage to crystallize.

Remove from parchment paper and pack individually.
