This Red Fruit Cheesecake was developed for our food service public


  • Dough:
  • 420g cornstarch biscuit
  • 210g Butter
  • Filling:
  • 900g Cream cheese
  • 30g Vanilla essence
  • 600g UHT milk cream
  • 240g Refined sugar
  • 09 Eggs
  • 60g Flour
  • 600g Red Fruit Filling Confectioner
  • Roof:
  • 400g Red Fruit Filling Confectioner
  • Decoration:
  • 70g Fresh fruit (strawberries or blackberries)

Modo de preparo


1. Grind the cornstarch biscuit, add the margarine and mix with your hands.

2. Pour the dough into 3 molds with a removable bottom (22 cm).


3. Beat the cream cheese, the essence, the cream and the sugar until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.

4. Add the eggs and wheat flour and mix until homogenized.


5. Pour the cream over the dough and spread the Red Fruit Stuffing over the pie.

6. With the help of a toothpick, mix the filling with the cream and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven (180°C).


7. Freeze the cheesecake for at least 2 hours.

8. Cover with the Red Fruit Stuffing.

Decorate with fresh fruit and serve immediately.
